This venue is absolutely amazing. It's beautiful, intimate, homey, and the owner is amazing. She is always doing a million things at once but I think that's part of the charm. She does what she says she'll do and gets things done! I am so excited to get my wedding pictures back.

My husband and I enjoyed the timeless charm of the Apple Blossom Inn. The inn's owner, Peggy, was truly a blessing. For months, she promptly answered my questions regardless of the time. She provided much-needed guidance at the rehearsal and made sure the ceremony flowed. She also helped us save so much money by providing items from decorations to flower girl baskets. On our wedding day, both Peggy and her partner, Mike, went above and beyond to help make our day as stress-free as possible. It warmed my heart.

Wow! Where do I begin? The Apple blossom inn was the perfect venue for my husband and I’s wedding. It felt like our wedding was straight out of a movie. The owner Peggy was also incredible through not only the wedding day but the whole process leading up to it. Her hospitality is unmatched and you truly won’t find a better experience than you would at the Apple blossom inn. I highly recommend considering the Apple blossom inn for your wedding!

She welcomed us and our family and friends just like she was the mother I had lost years ago. she's beautiful inside and out. She will give you her opinion based on experience and then listen to your wants and expectations and then change how things were to make you happy. I hope to drive up and visit in the future and maybe bring the bridal party back for a night or two. I cannot wait!

As the bride and groom, we were thoroughly impressed with the venue and Peggy Snead. I knew this was the right venue when I met Peggy. Her personality, energy, and compassion make it an experience of a lifetime. Peggy became part of the family and we became a part of hers. She NEVER stopped working. I found myself constantly asking, “is there anything she can’t do?” Peggy helped with everything, every step of the way. We had no idea what to do and she was able to point us in the right direction because she has years of experience. She answered every stupid question we asked and made specific accommodations to meet our particular needs. If something needed to be addressed, Peggy or her staff would fix it right away. I knew I was in good hands and didn’t have a single worry with Peggy in charge. There may have been some hiccups in general but Peggy made everything better and kept us calm. I highly recommend this venue. You will be hard pressed to find a better venue at a better value. My wedding party and guests went out of their way to tell us that the venue and Peggy were amazing. Our friends even nicknamed her mama bear . We love you, Peggy! Thank you.

From the moment we got in touch with Peggy, she has been such a bright light during a difficult time. We had our big dream wedding planned for December, however we received news that my fiancé is on orders to deploy to Iraq for over a year beforehand and had to cancel/postpone the big day. Regardless, we wanted to quickly plan an intimate beautiful elopement and Peggy was up for the task. She was very accommodating, helped with suggestions, contacted her vendors and secured an officiant, not to mention she customized our package to fit our needs. She’s continuously made efforts to ensure my fiancé and I are stress free and focus solely on each other before he leaves. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words how much that means to us but thank you so much!

My wife and I got married at The Apple Blossom Inn 3 weeks ago. There are not enough good things I can say about this venue and it's owner, Peggy Snead. Peggy Snead, is quite literally, Superwoman. There were so many small details about our wedding weekend there, from Friday to Sunday, and not a single one went unnoticed. She even helped tend the bar during our reception, while somehow keeping everything on time, and keeping the party flowing. My wife and I visited several venues before we chose The Apple Blossom Inn, and we absolutely made the right decision. Within about 30 seconds of meeting Peggy, it's abundantly clear how much she loves weddings and cares about her brides and grooms. THIS is the type of person you want in charge of your wedding. Not one who is ONLY about the bottom line, but one who is in love with her craft. Peggy ran our rehearsal, ran our wedding ceremony, ran the reception, all flawlessly. She even cooked us breakfast every day we were there, and just generally made it so that my wife and I had very little to worry about, other than enjoying the happiest time of our lives. On top of that, she has followed up with us in the last few days just to make sure we were okay and happy with our wedding. I have a hard time believing anyone could ever find a better venue than The Apple Blossom Inn, and a better person than Peggy.

LOVED it. Peggy is the nicest woman ever. It was easy and simple, just what I wanted. We had a wonderful time thanks to her. We got married on the lawn, had our happy hour in the House and our reception outside. Everything was so pretty and convenient.

“A Personal Touch that makes all the Difference”
We had a lovely visit to The Apple Blossom Inn when our daughter decided to get married there! The owner, Peggy Snead, took personal care to make sure everything went well, including sumptuous meals, and everyone had a great time. The location is beautiful and easily accessible from Richmond, VA. We now look forward to going back there for small B&B retreats of our own!
