We’re the #1 Richmond party venue for a variety of celebrations, facilitating everything from barbecues and picnics to high teas and black tie events!

We can handle everything from food and decorations to entertainment and transportation to ensure that your special event goes flawlessly. Or you can bring in your own caterer, liquor and DJ — the choice is yours!

We’re experts at negotiating vendor contracts and staying within a budget. We have few rules and restrictions other than to have fun and party on!

Your guests can roam the 30-acre estate and stay in one of our five comfortable guest rooms that can easily sleep up to 10 people. Our permanent pavilion seats 160 guests, but full access to the estate and gardens can accommodate many more.
